Are you ready to step into command and elevate your performance as a Captain?
This course is designed specifically for First Officers transitioning to command, focusing on the application of the ICAO/IATA CBTA flight crew competencies through a Captain’s lens. You’ll go beyond theory to develop the judgment, leadership, and command presence required to take full responsibility for the aircraft, the crew, and the operation.

Through a blend of expert-led lessons, real-world command scenarios, and immersive exercises, you’ll build advanced capability in decision-making, workload management, communication, and leadership under pressure. Particular emphasis is placed on managing the flight deck, leading the crew, and maintaining operational oversight in both routine and non-routine situations.

Each lesson builds progressively, helping you transition from supporting the operation as a First Officer to directing it as a Captain—integrating competencies into confident, effective command on the line and in the simulator.
